| Detailed Job Description: |
The person in this role is expected to be responsible for the following deliverables -
- Plan and execute project development activities
- Clearance, Permits & Approvals for the SPV
- Land acquisition: Private, Govt Revenue
- Power evacuation – study, fianlising and implementation of scheme
- Other related activities incidental for the project
- Liasion with Govt Officials for the project requirements (GEDA, GETCO, PCB, SPIA etc.)
- Compliances for the PPA, Environmental & other requirements, other agencies

| Qualification Requirement: |
BE (MBA preferable)
| Experience: |
10 to 12 years of experience in power sector, preferred solar industry experience in similar role.
| Key Evaluation Criteria: |
- Understanding of land acquisition laws and rules, regulatory issues & liasioning
- Goods Negotiator, Local rules on land
- Strong liaisoning & networking
- Technical acumen
